I am a qualified Integrative Therapist and Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I trained at The Minster Centre in London, one of Europe’s leading training organisations for integrative therapy.

Prior to my therapy career, I spent over 20 years working in senior positions in the corporate sector working with top international consumer brands and in media, and understand the pressures corporate life can bring.

My decision to train as a therapist has been inspired by my own experience of therapy. I know it can feel daunting to reach out to a therapist and I do not take that for granted.

Qualifications & Experience

I hold a post graduate diploma from The Minster Centre in London and am nearing the completion of an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have undertaken advanced clinical training and am currently conducting research on the topic of self-doubt.

I have worked with people who have brought many different things to therapy including; anxiety, depression, discrimination, bereavement and loss, identity issues, low self-esteem, relationship problems, stress and trauma. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirmative practitioner.
